• Eden just wanted to pay her rent and Jean Pierre desperately wanted to play her. Let me just say Rhapsody took me there. The scenes were written so well, and I was so caught up, I swear I could actually hear Eden playing that violin.
  As a reader, I enjoyed watching, yes watching, because this story is that visual,as Eden and Jean Pierre (who I call JP now) created their melody of passion. Who would ever imagine going from playing in a symphony to becoming a star attraction in a brothel would lead to love? But that’s what’s happens in a Kenya Wright book. She keeps you on edge as you stumble through the deception, the deadly threats, the surprise visitors, and the eventual battle that will turn tables and loyalties. These are just a few of the obstacles standing in their way, but Jean Pierre is ready. He’s getting his prize regardless of who doesn’t like it and I loved every minute of the drama. Yeah, this story has it all, so get ready. Great job Ms. Wright. Great job.
• I loved this book. Kenya masterfully wove two timelines that told the story of the Le Boucher love and obsession with his violinist. Le Boucher is crazy and charming. I loved his obsession with Eden and the lengths he goes to be with her. I couldn't put the book down. Excellent
• Eden is a beautiful violinist that has her violin named Eros. Her cat she loves is named Vibrato. She loves her elephant footie PJ's. Music is her life and her symphony house has been shutdown. Her Aunt Celeine is a business woman. She comes to offer her niece a job. However, her aunt 's place of business is a brothel.
  On her first evening of work, she sees a man who so handsome, he takes her breath away. She seems to almost lose her nerves to play but does anyhow. Little does she know this man craves her with his whole being.
  Jean- Pierre is mysterious person with a sordid past. He is from Paris but he and his cousin are ruthless.
  This book is sexy x10. This book has action and intrigue x20. The arrangement between these two is world changing.
  I was wrapped tied and tangled up this book until the last pages and still wanted more. The lengths that Jean-Pierre went to through to have Eden are phenomenal!!! Great read..I want more of these two..
• One thing is certain you definitely delivered Kenya! It gave me everything, I was laughing, horny and sad at one point it was fire. Your words moved like poetry at times and the sex scene's was definitely stimulating! It made me feel like I was there. Lets not forget about the connection to other characters in The Lion and the Mouse. I was like hold up those names sound familiar yesss you blew my mind with that cause I couldn't remember you doing that before so that was very exciting plus I Want More! Can't wait!
• What you won't do, do for love. I think this book and its content has been torn apart, misunderstood and understood. Gimme someone who thinks my face, intelligence and talent could launch a thousand ships and create 3-year wars. Gimme half your kingdom and it still not be enough for you. Yes, she knew early that he was the one. Why play games and act like he wasn't? Can't imagine it? Of course you can't. Don't take stars because you can't. This was an amazing look at a modern day Helen of Troy. To quote an expert on love, Olivia Pope "I don't want normal and easy and simple. I want painful, difficult, devastating, life changing, extraordinary love." Aunt Celina get thee in thy lane.
• This one of the best book that I have ever read! This author is slowly becoming one of my favorites. The passion is off the charts! Very few to no grammatical errors and this is just a well written story . Can't wait for the next one!

• Wow this book was hot and sexy. It had just the right amount of sexy and a good story. I loved how this story tied in with Dirty Love with Kazimir "Kaz". Jean Pierre (The Buthcher) and Eden (The Violinist) were just as sexy and hot as was Kaz (The Lion) and Emily (The Mouse). The relationship and chemistry is off the charts. Like with Dirty Love I'm fiending for Part 2. Great story, with great characters. Kenya Wright has been on a roll with these stories. This story is so unique that everyone around Eden is protecting her without her knowing. Nice plot twits which made me read this book in probably a day. If I did not have real life things to, i would have sat the whole day and read this story. Now I want book 2 and a book 3 is coming out for Kaz and Emily. I hope Kaz and Jean Pierre become better friends and hope to see more of them in each of their stories.
