- Outstanding business book. It is the best of the grow your own business type books that I have read to date.
It contains news and information that I have not found in other business or entrepreneur books. One of the best
suggestions I found was not to trade equity in your business for labor. Get the money to pay for the labor and
absolutely maintain total ownership of your company. I had tried to trade equity for labor with no success which
matches Mathew's take on it. People who contribute labor want to be paid for it. Another thing that surprised me
was his suggestion not to incorporate right away but wait until you are at about $100,000 in revenue. Just operate
it as a sole proprieter business. These are just a few of the unique suggestions. Bottom line, this is a highly
recommended book worth every bit of the price. Not only that but he includes suggested books for reading that
he has found useful in addition to his own. BUY THIS BOOK YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

Secrets To Amazing Sex and Happily Ever After Too. - The book is good if you need a mindset change or a "hoorah, you can do it!" I was looking for a step-by-step guide to online business. Book is all about the mindset, WHY you should do what he did. No steps or guidance on HOW exactly to do it. That's where the sales pitch to get the course at the end comes in. I skimmed most of it, trying to find any nuggets. I think I found 1. Mostly bloated word stuffing. Most of these authors are like this. Maybe they don't want to give away their secret sauce for free? I get tired of it all. I'm seriously contemplating writing non-fiction that actually tells you how and if I offered a website course...yada yada, I would tell so in the book, what the price is and the exact topics it covers. There are WAY too many of these "gurus" that blow a bunch of smoke and you only figure it out after you have purchased the book or course..etc. I'm looking for hacks, secrets, how to passively accomplish more wealth without having to work a whole bunch. I have some cash to "invest" in others to do it for me rather than me having to learn EVERYTHING and add more work or another job just to start an online gig or side investment for passive cash flow.
- This book has a wealth of great information in it for anyone just starting to toy with the idea of opening an on-line business. Some of it... Most of it will be obvious to anyone who has spent some time and effort in the area, but the point of this book is to save you time and effort and it does that very effectively.
The author is clear and methodical. I will refer back to this book as I continue to build my on-line film site wondervista (I learned a lot about marketing from this book too)! - I manage sales & marketing for our firm including inside sales, web advertising, automation, social and other digital strategies for lead generation. I found Matt's book well written and packed with relevant ideas on how to improve and scale my operation. This is an extremely easy read and I was able to complete the book in a single weekend. One of my favorite things about the book is Matt revealing all of his sources and tools including various blogs, podcasts, and programs from expert entrepreneurs. I now have a bunch of bookmarks and podcasts to consume which will allow me to continue down the path to Internet and digital success!
- Matthew's book is an excellent resource, filled with practical, down to earth wisdom for anyone pursuing their desire to be an entrepreneur. The chapter format makes it easy to digest and the personal anecdotes allow the reader to identify with each piece of advice. Sadly much of the wisdom in the book will be wasted unless there is follow through but for the minority who take the book, chapter by chapter, and apply all of the actionable steps, success will be within your reach.
- Straightforward and honest. The author details much of the standard good advice for business owners, but with an original perspective. I was glad to hear him challenge the need for a traditional business plan and the power of the SEO words. Too many business books are just echo chambers for the same principals. I like to hear an original perspective. He is also very candid about the fact that there will be a lot of failure along the way. There is A LOT of information in this book and it is well done.
