I liked this book very much and I am glad to have it on my to use when I need it. I highly recommend this guide for those who are looking for a healthy start on their way to successful meal planning . It is worth reading.

Ketosis is when your body is using the fats that you consume, as well as your fat stores, to create ketones, which are similar to little battery packs, which give you the energy your body needs. When you eat a meal with the same amounts of carbs, fats, and proteins, your body will automatically break down the carbs first. Your body likes the easy way. Overall excellent!
