• I buy interior design books ate least once a month, and I am quite used to receiving some excellent books. So when a book impresses me like this one has, it must be outstanding!
  
  And by the way, how does AMAZON manage to deliver the book here in Lima, Peru, only three days after I purchased it, and on a Sunday morning? Amazing, also!!
• Superb sophisticated taste translated into joie de vivre. Great interiors and collections. Iconic rooms that join the history of Interior Design.
• The cover photo for this book sold me on purchasing it, but I was disappointed with the content. The homes in this book certainly showcase an amazing collection of art and furniture, however, I felt they lacked on actual interior design. While I appreciate creating a surprise in a room where something seems a bit off, I found that many of the rooms lacked flow. The art or furniture seemed shocking and out of place with the rest of the room. I have a small library of interior design books, and doubt I would reach out to read this one ever again.
• This book has some really inspirational interiors. It oozes beauty and luxury. I was curious and looked up the cost of some of the furniture pieces that are featured in this book and was blown away. It doesn't look like I'll be using the same designers for my house (or in my lifetime) but perhaps I can replicate some of the styles.
• I did not find the book to be interesting, nor did I like the photos. I love all styles of decorating and love looking at photos of beautiful interiors but this book was a big disappointment to me. Most of the photos seemed to be "filler" and had nothing to do with decor.
